MaltaNET celebrates Customer Service Week for third year

This year Customer Service Week is being held between 4 and 8 October and the motto for the week is Dedicated to Service.

The aim of this week is to create a positive message that lasts all year long and to provide a productive opportunity to generate an even stronger commitment toward customer service excellence.

A series of activities are being organised during the week, one of which will include all employees participating in phoning maltaNET customers, as part of a customer satisfaction survey aimed at obtaining first-hand information from customers, and feedback about their experience as maltaNET users. A video focusing on ways to improve customer service will also be shown to all employees.

Commenting about the event, David Gatt – maltaNET’s customer services executive said, “Can we ever thank our front-liners enough? Customer Service Week is the perfect time to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication to service.

“It is a perfect way for employees who do not have the opportunity of meeting clients on a day-to-day basis to appreciate the work of front liners and the problems they and our customers encounter. It is an opportunity to underline our values of quality and innovation toward customer satisfaction throughout the company. It is with satisfaction that we are seeing other service companies following us in this initiative.”
