Go Mobile has signed a collaboration agreement with worldwide media giant Turner Broadcasting that will result in the launch of games and wallpapers of the favourite cartoon characters on the Go Live! MMS platform.
The Go Live! java games and colour wallpapers will now feature the network’s characters such as The Flintstones, Cow and Chicken, Yogi Bear, Dexter, The Powerpuff Girls, Scooby Doo, as well as Tom and Jerry. All games and wallpapers were developed by Macrospace Ltd.
Mitch Lazar, Vice President Wireless & Emerging Technology for Turner Broadcasting, said: “Turner is excited to extend the reach of our content distribution with Go Mobile. This arrangement provides another dimension to reach Cartoon Network fans through an important online portal in Malta that has extensive reach and consumer loyalty in the mobile space.”
The mobile games offering includes Dexter’s Laboratory Security Alert, Yogi Bear’s Pic-A-Nic, The Flintstones Grocery Hunt, The Powerpuff Girls Bad Mojo, Tom and Jerry Cheese Chase, Courage the Cowardly Dog Haunted House, Samurai Jack Samurai Showdown, Scooby-Doo Castle Capers, Ed, Edd n Eddy Giant Jawbreakers, Scooby-Doo 2 Dark Dungeons, The Flintstones Bedrock Bowling and Wacky Races .
Go Mobile users will also be able to access wallpapers from top shows including Cow and Chicken, Top Cat, Scooby Doo and The Jetsons.

The Cartoon Network games will be available from download on the Go Live! WAP site at Lm2.50 per game (in addition to the GPRS download charges). Wallpapers are available at the price of 50c each (in addition to the GPRS download charges).
