Go Mobile has extended the deadline for redemption of Go Gifts points to 28 February.

Go Mobile prepaid customers must make sure that points accumulated through Ready to Go top-ups made via recharge vouchers, Internet, or Customer Contact Centres, are all redeemed for gifts by this date.

Customers should also be informed that Air Malta Flyaway Tours vouchers will be discontinued as from 1 January 2005. Air Malta has been one of Go Mobile’s associated partners in the Go Gifts customer loyalty scheme.

Go Gifts rewards all Go Mobile customers – both contract and Ready to Go card plan users. Customers earn points based on their mobile telephony usage. One Go Gifts point is earned for every Lm1 of mobile telephony usage. These points can than be exchanged for several exclusive Go Mobile branded gifts, as well as various items provided in association with Go Mobile’s partners.

Contract customers who wish to redeem their points can present their latest Go Gifts statement together with their ID Card at any Go Mobile Customer Contact Centre. Ready to Go customers can collect Go Gifts points by keeping their used top-up cards, the top-up receipts given when a top-up is made at one of Go Mobile’s Customer Contact Centres or through Go Mobile’s web portal My Go. Ready to Go customers can present their top-up cards, or retail top-up, or Internet top-up receipts at any Go Mobile Customer Contact Centre.
