The Malta Maritime Authority is launching the latest edition of its Maritime Directory for 2005. The directory, published by Crest Publicity Ltd, is a reference manual containing a wealth of information on the local maritime industry and other related services.

It includes general information about the Maltese maritime industry and the Maritime Authority itself, the major shipping companies that operate in local waters, the Malta flag registration, the yachting industry and the cruise and ferry ports.

Commenting on the publication of the directory, Malta Maritime Authority chairman Marc Bonello said: “This directory is an extremely useful reference guide to all those involved in the maritime industry, since it provides detailed information about companies and services being offered by local organisations involved in this important sector. Furthermore, it is also an excellent marketing tool for the Maltese maritime industry since it is distributed in a number of countries through all overseas embassies and consulates.”

Free copies of the Malta Maritime Directory can be collected from all the Malta Maritime Authority’s offices.
