Mac Bake Ltd, importers and distributors of raw materials for the catering industry, organised a demonstration at Villa Mdina to launch and promote their new products for the catering sector from Zeelandia International.

Patissier John Bravenboer was invited to give the demonstration together with Chef Joseph Schembri from Busy Bee Caterers.

The local patissiers had the opportunity of seeing the preparation of mousses, doughnuts, marzipan, brownies, muffins, cake mixes and other products related to this sector.

The patissiers who attended the demonstration were afterwards given an opportunity of sampling the pastries and cakes, and were appreciative of their high quality.
