HSBC Bank Malta has installed a new ATM in Mgarr, Malta. The ATM located in the building which houses the offices of the Mgarr local council, brings the total of HSBC ATMs in Malta and Gozo to 63, and will serve the needs of some 3,000 residents who up to now had no banking facilities in the village.
“Over the past months, HSBC has been upgrading and improving its network around Malta and Gozo. The bank recognised the fact that residents in Mgarr wanted the convenience of having an ATM in the centre of their village and have therefore, responded to their wishes by installing this new facility at the local council building. HSBC has plans to further improve its retail network as part of its ongoing commitment to offer the best possible service to communities throughout the Maltese islands,” said HSBC chief executive officer, Mr Shaun Wallis.
