The Global Group has recently opened a new branch office in Hompesch Road, Fgura, only a few metres away from the parish church.

As part of the opening ceremony, The Global Group presented a donation to Fr Joe Borg representing the Fgura Youth Centre.

The Global Group is a regular sponsor of philanthropic organisations. Head of wealth management Kenneth Spiteri presented this sponsorship to Fr Borg on behalf of The Global Group. In his statement to the patrons present and to the press, he said: “It is always a pleasure for us to contribute to the development and improvement of society, particularly in the localities in which we operate. Fgura has become a strong locality with a sound community, as well as being a leading commercial centre in the south of Malta.”

Fr Joe Borg thanked The Global Group for their support.

The donation will go towards the purchase of new equipment for the Youth Centre.

The Fgura branch office will be headed by branch manager Oliver Ellul ([email protected]). The office will be open from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
