From Ms L. Galea
Driving home from work on budget evening in Attard, I had a car on my tail trying to overtake with its headlamps on bright. As usual, I turned my rear view mirror to deflect the light away from my eyes.
Once I passed Ta Qali, the car overtook me and I realised it was Dr Tony Abela's GM16.
I was utterly disgusted as I drove up Saqqajja hill to see Dr Abela's driver overtake two cars, driving on the wrong lane up the hill at a speed easily exceeding 100kph.
Does being a minister's driver give one the licence to put other drivers’ lives at risk? Is it the usual might is right?
