Gone are the days when you got caught without credit on your mobile! By signing on for Auto Top-Up with Go Mobile during the month of November, customers will receive 200 free SMS.

Subscribers who want to register to Auto Top-Up and receive the free 200 SMS from Go Mobile can visit the nearest Customer Contact Centre during the month of November to determine when and how their credit is topped up, taking with them a valid debit or credit card, their mobile phone and their ID card.

Credit can be topped up with Lm2, Lm5, Lm10 or Lm20 on a particular day of the month, when the time window is about to expire or when the remaining credit is below Lm1 or Lm2. Some Auto Top-Up settings can also be changed through “My Go”.

After registering for Auto Top-Up, one can also choose to top up one’s account by sending a blank SMS on the following numbers – 5070 0202 for a Lm2 top-up, 5070 0205 for Lm5, 5070 0210 for Lm10 and 5070 0220 for Lm20.

The usual time windows apply – a 30-day period for a Lm2 top up, 90 days for a Lm5 top up, 180 days for Lm10 and a 360-day period for a Lm20 top up.

Top up takes place instantly and one also receives an SMS to confirm the top up has been made.
