The MFA Futsal Department will be organising a three-day seminar on Futsal Coaching early next month. The event is scheduled to be held at the Corradino Pavilion, Paola between the 4th and 6th May 2007.

The main speaker in the seminar will be National Futsal Team coach Michael Striz who will deal with several subjects.

After the introduction, there will be lectures on the laws of the game, theory and individual techniques, physical condition and speed.

On the second day Mr Striz will speak on basic principles of defending and attacking. The theory and practice of goalkeeping will be tackled by Mr Pisani.

On Sunday the 6th May the National Futsal coach will deliver talks on set plays followed by a practical session on specimen training of the national team.

The seminar will come to an end on Sunday at 1.00pm with a discussion among all participants.
