Enemalta Corporation and the General Workers Union have signed a new collective agreement for Enemalta employees covering the period ending 31 December 2010.
The collective agreement features new family friendly measures such as emergency and adoption leave. For the first time the concept of flexi-time is being introduced and a work ethics provision has been negotiated and a new whistle blower safeguard condition has also been introduced.
The agreement provides the Corporation employees with an improvement in salary and a revision of allowances and working conditions.
