This summer GlobalCapital p.l.c. gave students from Lily of the Valley School and the Institute of Business and Commerce at MCAST the opportunity to work closely with the company’s management in order to gain valuable firsthand experience of working within one of the leading financial services company in Malta.

Through the work placements, each student was able to use the knowledge and theory that they have studied throughout their academic years and put these into practice. The students from the Institute of Business and Commerce worked closely on the inventory registry of the company. Throughout their four weeks at GlobalCapital they created a new inventory database under the supervision of the administration manager.

The two 4th Form students from Lily of the Valley School were assigned to the Investment Section. Throughout their week at GlobalCapital they gained considerable knowledge of the working world through administrative work.
