Malta’s newly elected reigning beauty queen, Shanel Debatista was given a farewell dinner at San Lawrenz Kempinski Hotel Gozo lately accompanied by organisers and licence holders of Miss World Jersey Ltd Sue Rossi & Caudia Calleja.

Charles & Ron have presented the dress with a beautiful design sponsored by Ivory & Co that Shanel will be wearing for the final night when competing with 120 other beautiful ladies from all over the World. Once again this year an award will be presented to a designer who will be awarded for the best dress design during the Miss World pageant.

Shanel will be attending a big event in London upon her arrival where a ‘Charity event’ for all the finalists will be organised by Miss World organisers. The purpose of this event is to raise money to other charity communities. After few days all the finalists will travel together to Johansburg South Africa to start their prepartions for the final night which will be held on 12 December, filmings and other activities that will be organised.
