Late Friday night, just before midnight, the police were informed of an armed robbery at a gaming outlet on Qormi Road, Marsa. In a statement, the police said two men wearing hoods, one of whom was armed, demanded money from the attendant and got away with several hundred euros but the amount did not exceed €1,200.

Duty Magistrate Audrey Demicoli is holding an inquiry and police investigations are underway.
