The ‘Grill 3301’ restaurant at the Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay in St Julian’s has received the prestigious ‘Silver Spoon Award’ presented by Wines and Restaurants of Malta.Com (WRMC).

The accolade was bestowed on the restaurant in recognition of its outstanding quality of product and its impeccable service.

Restaurant Manager Charles Cordina and Chef Carl Zahra were delighted to have their restaurant selected as one of the top six restaurants in the Maltese Islands.

The Silver Spoon award is based on stringent adjudicating criteria laid down by WRAC. The process entails four separate anonymous restaurant inspections by culinary experts over a period of one year, when the restaurant is evaluated on the various aspects that make for a top class international restaurant, including décor, service standards, preparation and presentation, menu variety, quality of food and wine, value for money and overall customer experience.

Having satisfied all the criteria with flying colours, the restaurant can now proudly display the WRMC Silver Spoon emblem, as it sets its sight on repeating the feat over the next year.
