Stars were dressed to kill at 2013 MuchMusic Video Awards. At the annual event held last night at MuchMusic HQ in Toronto, Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato and Avril Lavigne dressed in their best style to steal the spotlight.

Wearing a white Herve Leger dress which accentuated her curves, Taylor struck sexy poses in front of cameras. The 23-year-old popstar wore black heels by Christian Louboutin and put on jewelry by Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira. The "I Knew You Were Trouble" hitmaker lined her eyes with black liner and applied red lipstick. Her shoulder-length hair was styled loose with bangs covering her forehead.

Demi hit the red carpet in a long-sleeved dress by St. Laurent. The black dress, which fell until her mid-thigh, was detailed with lines around the chest. She also wore a pair of black shoes from the same fashion house. The "Heart Attack" singer styled her hair loose and put on nude-colored lipstick.

Similar to Demi, Avril dressed in all-black attire. She posed for the cameras with her fiance Chad Kroeger who opted for the same style. Avril wore a simple black dress and completed her rock look with a collar-like headband detailed with silver spikes. She chose a similar-looking bracelet and even her black shoes had small spikes circling her feet. The "Here's to Never Growing Up" hitmaker sported Racoon-like eye make up and had nude-colored lipstick.

Avril was scheduled to perform her track "Here's to Never Growing Up" at the event. PSY, Ed Sheeran and "American Idol" alum Phillip Phillips were also set to hit the stage at the Sunday event.
