The General Workers’ Union has registered an industrial dispute with Global Security Services after the company ignored its calls to address the concerns of a number of its employees.

The GWU also said that it is not accepting the company’s new roster system.

Therefore, the union said that it has registered an industrial dispute and is not excluding other measures it may take against Global Security Services to safeguard the interests of its members in the event no agreement is reached.
