Parliamentary Secretary for EU Funds and the EU Presidency 2017 Ian Borg announced that 10 new projects will benefit from a million euros in EU funds which fall under the 'Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows programme.

He was speaking during the inauguration ceremony organised by the Funds and Programme division where the beneficiaries were announced.

During the ceremony, Dr Borg said that the second call for applications, which fall under the EU’s Integration and Citizenship for Third World Countries fund, is to be issued soon, a total of €740,000.

Dr Borg took the opportunity to express his appreciation towards those individuals who are involved in the implementation of projects which fall under the 'Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows’ programme, in particular the project leaders and the beneficiaries.
