Air Malta flight KM103 from London Heathrow to Malta yesterday had to make a night stop in London due to technical reasons.

The Malta-bound passengers were offered hotel accommodation and will return to Malta today on other Air Malta services.

The aircraft is being repaired and is expected in Malta this afternoon.

As a consequence of this, an Air Malta flight to Manchester is expected to be delayed and will operate as follows:

A spokesman for the airline said that Air Malta gave utmost importance to the safety and well-being of its clients and crew and apologised to its clients for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control.
