End March saw fresh faces at the Leadership & Personal Development Henley MBA Starter Workshop at Henley Business School Greenlands campus UK. The three day programme provides the new Henley MBA students with an introduction to their programme, while helping to ensure that they are familiar with the learning process and the resources available. It is a focused workshop intent on providing study skills that will be used throughout the programme. The three days also focus on an introduction to the holistic and complex nature of leading organisations in today’s reality and provides an intensive background to personal development which is an ongoing module throughout the programme. The Starter Workshop uses case studies, frameworks and models to challenge existing thinking, explore new approaches, and encourage innovative and reflective management and leadership practice.

The Malta group were joined by their peers from Germany, Finland and Hong Kong with a total of 19 different nationalities. The weekend was also an opportunity to meet artist Erik Peitersen who was at Greenlands to continue his outdoor art project. Nice weather prevailed, and the typically British countryside landscaped to perfection with the river Thames in the background, could be appreciated by everyone.

Programme Director Lorenzo Mule` Stagno, who also had the role of tutoring on this workshop, welcomes the Malta participants and takes this opportunity to wish all new students success on their learning journey.
