Union Haddiema Maqghudin has been confirmed by the Director for Work and Industrial Relations as the majority representative of Paramedic Aides.

In a statement, UHM said it was recently granted sole recognition for Dental Surgery Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians.

Health Services section secretary Gian Paul Gauci said this is a satisfactory result for the union, which will strive to further improve workers’ conditions.
