Two foreigners caught damaging cars in Swieqi

Vigilant neighbours and a timely response by the Rapid Intervention Unit have led to the arrest of two foreigners, 22 and 23, who were seen damaging cars today at about 6.15 a.m., in Triq il-Hemel, Swieqi, the police said.
