Worker crushed to death by cargo lift doors

A 48-year-old man from Fgura died yesterday after being crushed between the doors of a cargo lift in Ghaxaq.
An ambulance and the Civil Protection Department were called, but the victim was certified dead on site.
A magisterial inquiry is underway.
