The driver of a skip loader and the driver of a trailer were injured in a collision which occurred this morning between the two heavy vehicles in Triq Sant' Andrija, Tal-Ibragg.

The two men, one from Msida aged 41 and the other who is  from Birzebbigia aged 37, were taken to hospital.

Their condition is not yet known.

The road was closed for some time.
