Beer is the world's most widely consumed alcoholic beverage and it is the third-most popular drink overall, after water and tea. But beer is more than just a drink. It is also a socializing ritual. With this in mind, and for the second consecutive year, Le Méridien St Julians Hotel & Spa explores the unlimited possibilities of the rich flavours contained in a pint. In partnership with Farsons, the 5 star hotelin Balluta Bay demonstrates the incredible versatility of this ancestral brewed beverage.

Between the 17th and 31st of October, the culinary theme at KuDéTa Lounge & Bar is beer, with special offers, à-la-carte beer pairing menu, and giveaways. A 5-star approach to malt and ale, which promises to seduce crowds of beer enthusiasts.

The Hops and Fork initiative started with an exclusive beer pairing plated dinner held on Friday 17th of October. Original recipes concocted just for the occasion includedinspiring dishes such as sea bass and salmon roulade with Hopleaf Pale Ale battered mussels, and raspberry cremeux infused with Cisk Chill Berry. To complete the experience, a different beer was paired with each delightful plate. For those who missed it, a unique beer pairing a-la-carte menu will also be available for visitors during the entire Hops &Forkpromotion at KuDéTa Lounge & Bar.

To further encourage their local patrons to visit during the two weeks of the Hops & Fork initiative, Le Méridien St Julians Hotel & Spa extends specials on all beers during that period: every two glasses of any beer will be sold for the price of one. This is quite an incentive to unveil the pleasure of your ice-cold beer in a fashionable environment.

Hops & Fork is an ode to discovery that food and beer lovers alike should certainly not miss.
