PN Deputy Leader Beppe Fenech Adami has been released from hospital, Opposition Leader Simon Busuttil wrote on Facebook.

Dr Fenech Adami recently underwent surgery in a London hospital to remove a tumour. Prior to the surgery, the PN Deputy Leader underwent three months of therapy.

A photo along with the Facebook post shows Dr Fenech Adami wearing a sling, flanked by his wife Anne and PN MEP David Casa as the PN deputy leader left hospital.

On Wednesday, Dr Busuttil visited his friend in London and said that Dr Fenech Adami is doing well and "hopes he would be back with him in Malta soon".
