Last Saturday, Maltese International DJ Duo Joven Grech u Cyprian Cassar, better known as Tenishia have reconfirmed their global success as they have been voted with the World's Top 100 Djs list for the fourth year in a row. With a Facebook page that reaches over 180 000 fans, several music awards and a huge portfolio of originally produced music and remixes, Tenishia has grown from national to international stars from their studios in Marsascala and have been travelling the globe for the last few years playing in some of the World's most popular Clubs and Festivals. They broke into the World's Best 100 Djs list in 2011 and also made as high as the 50th position in 2012 out of an estimate of 35000 Djs from around the planet and are still the only Maltese DJs that ever made it with the Top 100.  Even though there was a much higher number of DJs competing this year and the list was heavily influenced by the American scene that has dominated with the Electronic Dance Music Genre (EDM), Tenishia still managed the 73rd position, making them one of the World Top 10 Trance Music DJs which is the genre of music they produce and play.Hardwell, who was in Malta for Isle of MTV was crowned number one for the second year in a row, while other big names like Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and David Guetta made it to the Top 10. The Top 100 DJ List is organised yearly by UK popular magazine DJ MAG since 1999 and is the only official DJ Ranking poll based on public votes.Tenishia will be celebrating their fourth year with the Top 100 with their followers in Malta with on 15 November with a free event as a thank you to all those who have voted for them once again.
