Leader of the Opposition Simon Busuttil today spoke in parliament in reaction to the government's Budget 2015 speech.

Finance Minister Edward Scicluna read out the four-hour long Budget speech last Monday.

Last week, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat said that the Budget is built on last year's budget which shows that the government had a plan which is working. He said the budget mainly incentivised people willing to go out and work while cutting on social benefit abuse. The following is a minute by minute speech of Dr Busuttil.
