The Gozo Regional Committee held a meeting earlier this week with Minister for Gozo Dr Anton Refalo and Minister for Social Dialogue, Consumer Affairs and Civil Liberties Helena Dalli at the Gozo Ministry. 

During the meeting, the Members of the GRC present for the meeting discussed with the Ministers how this Committee, which is established by law, can contribute more towards the development of Gozo in all areas through the active participation in other forums such as MCESD and MEUSAC.

The Members present agreed to bring forward a number of issues to be discussed in the coming year, all of which are of high importance not only for Gozo but for the country in general.

 

The GRC is made up of representatives of all Gozitan society including those from the employers, unions, NGOs, the Diocese of Gozo, the Gozo University Group, mayors from the Gozo’s local councils and the Gozo Ministry.
