The RE/MAX & Friends foundation has donated €10, 000 to President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca for the L-Istrina campaign.  The donation was made during the RE/MAX Malta annual Christmas party, held at Villa Arrigo. RE/MAX associates as well as their staff also attended the 12-hour fund raising event on Boxing Day, where they volunteered to answered the phones.

Speaking about the donation, board member, Michael Bonello said that, "It is an honour to share our success and give back to the community, especially to such a valid cause such as L-Istrina.  I would like to thank our sales and letting associates as well as the fellow franchises for donating to our foundation from their own earnings.  Without their full support this donation would not have been possible."

The RE/MAX & Friends Foundation was launched in September, with the aim of assisting children that have chronic and terminal illnesses.  Out of every real estate transaction, the company donates a percentage of their earnings.
