Instructions for voters who have lost, damaged or destroyed voting document

Voters who have lost, damaged or destroyed their Referendum and/or Local Council voting document are advised that they have a limited time up to 8 April  to apply for the issue of a Special voting document.

 These voters need to personally present their I.D. or Residence Card at the Office shown below during the following days and hours:-

From the Office of the Electoral Commission at Evans Building, Valletta

On  Sunday 29 and Tuesday 31 March and Good Friday, 3 April from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm.On 30 March and on 1 and 2 April from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm

From the Office of the Electoral Commission in Naxxar (Counting Complex):

Sunday 5 April from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm

Saturday 4, Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 April from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

The last day Wednesday 8th April:

For Local Councils from  8.00 am to 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm;

For the Referendum from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

Voters who are registered in the Thirteenth electoral division (Gozo and Comino) may call at the Identity Cards Office, Victoria, Gozo, during the same office hours.

Nobody shall be allowed to vote without a voting document.
