Alnafouri Mohamed Nour, 20, of Syria, today was charged with trafficking cannabis and relapsing. He was granted bail against a deposit of 2,000 euros and a personal guarantee of 10,000 euros.

Nour – who resides in a San Gwann apartment - is understood to have breached various sentences handed to him in the past.

Police Inspector Malcolm Bondin prosecuted. Lawyers Gianella de Marco and Gianluca Curuana Curran appeared for the accused.
