The Dhalia Real Estate Awards Ceremony for 2014 brought over all of Dhalia's consultants together at the Golden Sands Ballroom to celebrate the success they have had in 2014. The event takes place annually to award those consultants that have proved themselves as outstanding performers throughout the previous year.

The evening commenced with motivational speeches from Dhalia's Chairman, Chris Grech, CEO, Alan Grima and HR Executive, David Dingli.

Mr Grech stressed the importance of commitment and dedication to the company and the career, whilst expressing his contentment with the company's growth, both with the substantial increase of consultants over the past year and the new offices that have been opened  in Valletta, Gozo, Xemxija and Balluta.

Mr Grima then took the stage to shed light on the current situation in real estate and the importance of relentless effort and hard work in order to succeed.

"In such a competitive industry, we cannot afford to stand still. We have to continuously work on providing better services to our clients. This is something that requires investment, research as well as innovation," CEO Alan Grima emphasised.

This led to the introduction of Dhalia's new exceptional tool towards ensuring that their success continues to grow by providing a unique service; a 3D immersive imagery through the latest digital technology available on the market exclusively through Dhalia.

HR Executive, David Dingli then addressed all consultants and employees of Dhalia, giving importance to each and every individual's role in the company,

The evening was followed by an audio-visual presentation that embodied the vision of Dhalia and the future endeavours to maintain Dhalia's stance as one of the top agencies in the real estate industry in Malta.

The highlight of the event took place after dinner, which was the presentation of the awards to the best consultants for their efforts and commitment to Dhalia. Omar Suleiman was the winner of the Best Newcomer Award while Dennis Cilia won the Top Contributor to the Inventory Award.

Other awards included Ttop number of units sold, awarded to Adrian Ellul and two awards dedicated to the letting department which were awarded to Bruce Dowling. Michael Mifsud won the Top Manager Award, while the most prestigious award for the Top Sales Consultant was awarded to Sandra Grech from the Balluta Branch.
