A total of €376,471 was spent on improving infrastructure in Gozo to collect rainwater for agricultural use since 2013.

Answering a parliamentary question put by Nationalist MP Toni Bezzina, Gozo Minister Anton Refalo said that a total of €101,268, €256,303 and €18,900 were spent in 2013, 2014 and 2015 to date on cleaning valleys from debris, restoring and maintaining reservoirs and other works to improve rainwater collection.
