At a graduation ceremony for ten newly qualified Flight Operations Officers, Capt. Michael O'Brien, Head of Flight Operations Inspectorate, highlighted the importance of the Flight Operations Officer's pivotal role in the day‐to‐day running of Flight Operations Departments and Operations Control Centres of AOC operators.
