The World Tourism Expo promoting UNESCO World Heritage Sites which will be held in Padova from the 18th till 20th September 2015 has dedicated its latest newsletter to the Renzo Piano Project in Valletta.
The Malta Tourism Authority has been participating in this tourism fair for the past four years and will do so once again this year.
During this specialized fair, as part of its efforts to promote the Maltese Islands as a cultural tourism destination, the MTA highlights in particular the Megalithic Temples, the Hypogeum and the city of Valletta.
Moreover, Malta's and Gozo's Megalithic Temples and the Hypogeum are also promoted during the Borsa Mediterranea del Turismo Archeologico which is held every year in Paestum. During these two cultural fairs, MTA representatives meet specialized cultural tour operators from around the world.
