Spanish police say a British woman has died in a bungee-jumping accident in Granada, Spain.

Police said Wednesday that 23-year-old Klyo De Abreu of London died on Tuesday afternoon after jumping off a bridge.

An investigation is underway. Police speculated that there may have been a miscalculation involving the rope she used.

British Foreign Office officials said they are also investigating.
