After so many long hot days, which peaked this weekend with temperatures climbing to 38-39 degrees, it rained in some localities this morning and early afternoon.

It has also rained in Valletta and Sliema. The downpour lasted a few minutes and the clouds soon moved away.

Nothing much, and summer is still expected to continue.
