Anthony Gera has recently been appointed Letting Manager at Belair Property, and is now in charge of the Letting Teams within all Belair Property offices. Mr Gera joined Belair in 2008 as a Letting Consultant and has consistently been one of the top performers on Letting since then, especially on Commercial letting, specifically on rentals of offices and premium office buildings, where he was instrumental in the Company's excellent performance in recent years.

Commenting on the decision to appoint Mr Gera, Belair Property Managing Director Ian Casolani said that 2015 has been an eventful year for Belair, where the company has among other things, invested in latest IT and web presence, new offices and has also embarked on an internal restructuring process.

"Anthony has consistently been a leading letting consultant for us and we decided to entrust him with heading our Letting Team. The property letting market has become more competitive and increasingly challenging considering the lack of properties needed for the demand we have. We believe Anthony is the right person to take our letting performance to yet another level and we are confident that through his experience and expertise, our Letting Team will be motivated to keep on enhancing their overall performance," Mr Casolani added.

He concluded that, more exciting developments are in the pipeline and that Mr Gera's appointment is one of the steps towards consolidating Belair Property as one of the leading estate agencies on our islands.
