A 61-year-old man died this afternoon after falling a height of two storeys earlier this morning, the police said.

The accident happened at 7am at Tin Street, Qormi.

The man was working on the facade of his residence when he fell, the police said.

He was taken to hospital where he was found to be in critical condition. He died later in hospital.
