A total of 123 police officers have resigned, retired or began the resignation process since January 1, 2015 Home Affairs Minister Carmelo Abela said in response to a Parliamentary Question posed by PN MP Jason Azzopardi.
These include three Deputy Commissioners, four Assistant Commissioners, four Superintendents, seven inspectors, 10 2nd class Sergeant Majors, 16 Sergeants, one female Sergeant, 68 Constables, nine female Constables and one reserve Constable
