Dhalia launches Russian service

Thursday, 4 February 2016, 20:52 Last update: about 9 years ago

Dhalia Real Estate Services has launched a new website catering exclusively to the real estate needs of the Russian-speaking community.

Heading this new initiative is Olga Leskevicha, Dhalia's own Russian real estate specialist. Working with Dhalia Real Estate Services has continued to develop Olga's skills and allowed her to gain more insight into the industry. Under the guidance of Michael Mifsud, manager at Dhalia's St Julian's office, Olga has shown her talent in working with foreign clients. Her knowledge of sales and letting together with her Russian language skills have led to the creation of www.maltaproperties.ru.

Olga is familiar with the difficulties faced by foreign nationals coming into Malta, as she has lived in several different countries. From the application process, to required documents and government fees, the journey can be long and perplexing, and even more so in an unfamiliar language. Ultimately, all those moving to Malta are looking for a comfortable residence that suits their needs. For this purpose Olga Leshkevicha is available to assist with her Russian language skills and knowledge of the Maltese real estate industry.

"This is a completely new undertaking, there is nothing on the market that comes close to the quality of maltaproperties.ru. We are here to serve the Russian-speaking community, providing an all-round service to meet all their needs," said Olga Leshkevicha about the enterprise.

Malta is gaining popularity with the Eastern European market. Many high net worth individuals are increasingly becoming interested in Malta, both for residency and foreign investment purposes. Many Eastern Europeans recognise Malta for its many advantages - such as the climate, culture and education, as well as Malta's investment opportunities. Increasingly, parents are sending their children here to learn English because of the high standards and the reputation for safety.

Buying property in Malta as a foreigner can be challenging. Often, Russian-speaking people in Malta may need guidance on issues such as passports, dealing with embassies and visa-related problems. In these cases, the availability of a Russian-speaking professional is of utmost importance, as Olga is in a position to provide expert advice.
