CSB Group is organising a number of CPE-Accredited training courses, taking place in the coming months. The training will be delivered by Joe Gerada, freelance Management Consultant and CIPD trainer for organisations in Malta and abroad.
The next upcoming course will be titled Dealing with Poor Performance within Organisations and will explore how managers can effectively deal with cases of employee under-performance. This course is split over two sessions that will be held on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th May 2016 between 14:00 and 17:00 at the AIM Professional Training Academy, Swatar.
Course Overview and Content
This course is aimed at helping attendees identify real performance issues and performance gaps and be able to take action that leads to a positive outcome. The sessions are ideal for those assuming a leadership role within their organisation and who appreciate that the poor performance of an individual employee is bound to affect the whole team negatively.
The cost for this course is €175, inclusive of VAT, course material, coffee breaks and parking. A certificate of attendance will also be awarded upon completion.
CPE Accreditation
The event will be accredited with structured CPE hours qualifying for the attainment of Professional Development Competencies in terms of the Accountancy Board's CPE Scheme and Accreditation Rules.
