A light aircraft nose wheel collapsed upon landing at Malta International Airport this morning, MIA said.

Contacted by The Malta Independent, a spokesman for MIA said that two people on board the aircraft suffered no injuries.

The MIA’s Fire and Rescue team were immediately deployed as a precautionary measure, but the area was cleared shortly afterwards, the MIA said.
