MAPFRE Middlesea and MSV Life employees spend time with dogs at MSPCA

Thursday, 26 May 2016, 14:21 Last update: about 9 years ago

Employees of MAPFRE Middlesea and MSV Life recently spent some time with the dogs at MSPCA Malta, taking them out for a walk and spending some 'quality' time with them.

MSPCA takes in stray and abandoned cats and dogs, rehabilitates them where necessary and finds them loving homes.

This event, formed  part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility Programme, through which the company helps out entities working for the community,  both financially and through activities in which employees participate.   In the past months, both companies have helped out in different fields in the community - active ageing, social protection and animal welfare.

MAPFRE Middlesea has also offered financial assistance to MSPCA.

"We believe all creatures should be treated equally and we urge the community to care for their pets as a member of their own family.  We are so grateful for the work animal activists do and we hope to get another chance to collaborate with organisations such as MSPCA again,"  Ana Zammit Munro, Marketing Manager at MAPFRE Midddlesea, said.

More Corporate Social Responsibility events are being planned for the upcoming months.
