Deputy Prime Minister Louis Grech is recovering well at home, after a medical intervention, and is expected to resume his duties in the next few days, a spokesman for the minister said.

During the period when he was abroad, his duties as Minister for European Affairs and Implementation of the Manifesto were performed by the Prime Minister.

Subsequently Mr Grech continued to perform certain duties from home. He will resume his official duties within the next few days, the spokesman said.
