The accused appeared before Magistrate Anthony Vella. Defence lawyer Lucio Sciriha yesterday informed the court four of the accused, Arnold Farrugia, Gabriel Farrugia, Alan Mizzi and Josmar Buhagier wanted to change their plea and admit to their crime.

Farrugia received a conditional discharge for three years and fine 700. Alan Mizzi was also handed conditional discharge of two years and a 100 fine for throwing a bottle.
