Two Britons were injured yesterday evening after they fell off a motorbike they were on in Trunciera Street, St Paul’s Bay, on Monday evening.

The police said the accident took place at 7.50pm.

The two Britons, a 31-year-old man and his pillion rider, a 34-year-old woman, both residing in St Paul’s Bay, were taken to hospital for treatment.

They suffered grievous injuries but are not in critical condition.
