The police said that the body that was lifted from the sea at Ramla l-Hamra on 20 July is that of the Hungarian teenager who was lost at sea few days before.

17 year-old Bence Murinai, who came to Malta on holiday with his family, went missing on 17 July when he went swimming at Marsalforn.

Search parties did not yield results.

A body was later retrieved from the sea at Ramla l-Hamra. An autopsy was carried out and more tests were carried out before the police today could establish with certainty that the body is that of the missing Hungarian boy.
