Thursday, 28 July 2016, 20:14 Last update: about 9 years ago

Svetlana Sant from Dingli swept home a €1,000 travel voucher after winning the HSBC Malta's Yes 4 Students competition 'What can you do?' which attracted hundreds of entries.

Svetlana was one of the five finalists who qualified by signing up for the HSBC Yes 4 Students account and sharing the competition post on her Facebook between 1st July and 17th July. The finalists then faced off in a larger-than-life Snakes and Ladders game designed around a travel theme and setup at the University of Malta. The winner answered a supplementary trivia question correctly to win the final prize.

The runner-ups, Naomi Galea (Żurrieq), Martina Micallef (Żabbar), Stefan Ellul (Kirkop), Ryan Galea (Msida), all received designer hand luggage.

The competition was part of a number of incentives and rewards on offer with the ongoing Yes 4 Students campaign. All students who set up a new Yes 4 Students account between now and 31 October 2016 will receive a one-off credit of €50 as a gift from HSBC Malta.

The Yes 4 Students package includes a free International debit card, free Internet Banking and free mobile services. For more information about HSBC's Yes 4 Students, log on to www.hsbc.com.mt/YES2016, call HSBC's customer service on 2380 2380, or visit any HSBC branch in Malta or Gozo.
